Cowards?? You mean people who potentially pay this guy a good salary, only for him to turn around a blast a company and relay confidential information while on company time?
Is that the mark of a hard worker? I'm a fan of the 1st amendment, but it doesn't really apply when being paid to do a job.
And yes, I vent on company time too, but try hard not to divulge anything sensitive, and of course, make these hours up (or it's at night)
