who gives a *uck ... you'd be an idiot to surf porn from work at any time of the day .. so what if a competitor name shows up .. you could be doing a SWOT analysis and need competitor info ... there's bigger issues in your careers to focus on .. this small shit is a distraction for both employees and BE ..get over the noise and focus on bigger things like finding a better place to work ... |

Who are we to judge whether or not monitoring software is a distraction? We are just doing our part to help the organization design a report that can be used to save upper management review time. The more we can summarize and create statistical reports the more time upper management can spend on as you say "the bigger issues".
If each of us just volunteered our time for just 2 hours a week, we could hire another EVP and all problems would be solved.
