....hey, has anyone worked on a proposal?...worked on the powerpoint storyboard...devoted hours to conference calls...also meeting with the proposal team...and then in front of the client...and had to bury your hours in existing contracts with the promise that the T&E amounts would be transferred into the new gig if/when won?
