WOW, a 1.5M bonus, that's nothing in the corporate world (and thats eligible, probably not even received). Many CEOs get 8 or 9 digit bonuses (say THAT like Dr. Evil).
Another post about absolutely nothing from another ex-BE person, we're glad you sold out and left too, your 100 shares really made a bid difference.
Whether he deserves it or not, now that's something worthy of discussion, but you can't add value there, since you aren't here. |

It does make a difference to me. No it's not the first 10K I've read.
Hey, if you're happy with your bonus this year more power to you. But I spent the last year and a half waiting for a bonus and a promotion that came in too late. I had high hopes while I was in BE and this was one of the reasons I left.
I'm not against CEO's getting high bonuses if it reflects positively down in the ranks.
