I didn't think there was a bonus pool either, but now that I think about it nobody specifically said that there wasn't...
in over 6 years, I've never seen a bonus at BE. I've been a good-to-top performer, and apparently a bit of a sucker... |

This board has now acheived success. We see that there are no hard and fast rules or even guidelines in force for any actions.
Company Line: There will be no bonuses in 2005!!
Reality: Don't worry we give bonuses to our best performers (Shhh don't tell anyone); We'll let you know if you are a top performer.
Company Line: Raises will be capped at 3%!!
Reality: Don't worry this is 3% overall, our new hires usually get 10-15% (Shhh don't tell anyone)
