The former BE Australian CEO was in court in Australia yesterday for an interium hearing charged on 10 counts of: 4 fraud charges, 3 charges of lying to the corporate regulator, 2 charges of cooking the books and 1 charge of failing to discharge his director's duties in good faith.
This could result in 2 to 5 years jail!
The real court case starts on August 14.
Funny thing was he turned up late to court then had to wait for several drink driving cases to be heard.
