I recently checked my account and looks like I am forfeiting 20k points. All that I have in my account is 3k. I called the customer service only to find out that we will not get any points for the monthm if you dont make the FULL payment. That means, if you make advance reservations and not charge them, you will have a balance for that month and so will not get any points. And it carries on like that. One of the perks that we had is GONE. This sucks big time. I think I wasted the 75$ for enrollment. And also, if you check the rewards, they are ridiculous. Nothing worth is there for less than 200K points. Do your math to find out how many years it will take to accumulate that points. This is a corporate scandal. They might have agreed to give BE some kickbacks and deny us all kinds of benefits.
