From one of the postings here, i came to know of the following which u had seemed to somewhat agree upon.
MA- $45000-$55000
SMA-$55000-$65000
Consultant- $65,000- $80000
SR.Consultant- $75,000-$95000
Mgr- $90000 - $125,000
Sr Mgr- $120000 - $180,000
MD- Start at $225, but 20% salary holdback
I would like to know the years of experience associated with these positions as well.

After talking to many after this cycle, these "bands" aren't really accurate..
For what its worth, my MD went into some detail about how they look at percentages over last year, across the practice , and years of experience...
Here's what i've gathered lately, take it as you wish:
MA ~$47-55
SMA ~50-62
C ~58-75
SC ~65-100
M ~85-120
SM ~110-175
MD ~225+
Negotiate well. Don't come to BE if you have better offers. The people I work with are great, but casual/fun co-workers dont pay the bills
