I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere on this board, but I am unable to find it. Would someone who is familiar with BP and Booz Allen in the public sector business explain how Booz Allen's levels equate to BearingPoint's levels.

BE has Jr and Sr Associates, yet they are hourly (generally very specialized/skilled technical types) employees that BE brings in as an alternative to 1099 or subcontracting them.
Nothing related to the partnership or management model BAH uses the title for.
