It's not that I didn't already know that my raise BLEW, but to see it in writing was such a kick in the gut (I don't have balls, so I'm going with gut) that I can't believe it. I'm a consultant and my salary went up by $2,200-$72K to $74.200...WHAT THE F??? Gee, thx Harry...I hope when you sell the BE and take your millions, you and your mom can sleep at night... |

Your raise is somewhere around 3%, which seems to be the norm without a promo or other stimulant.
Blame your MD, not Harry...He is the one who can adjust good people and bad. Remember that 3-5% is average in corporate America-world.
That said, I went $95 to $97. Woot! Less than you!
