I'd like to share my frustration with BE's ATL Shared services dept/specifically TNE! I resigned back in November and am STILL waiting for my final TNE reimbursement- They are complet idiots who can't open email attachments or retrieve faxes. If I hadn't followed up with them as frequently as I did (because I have nothing better to do right, it would have affected my credit!) I had to send them the same document 3 separate times, AMEX is on my ass to pay the bills and following up with BE is like dealing with a damn machine. I am SO GLAD i'm out of there and it's finally over.. Actually It's not over till the money is deposited into my account. SO word of advice, even if u quit, they'll haunt u !!! keep all your receipts.....

Man, I read this and wondered if I wrote this in my sleep last night. I have had the same problems with ATL Shared Services. I also had to send my info 3 times. I opened multiple cases on this with them and each time I called it was like they knew nothing about my previous calls. I finally got them to pay my Amex expenses this week after two months of crap. Now I'm just trying to get them to correct my W2 so I can file my taxes. Something tells me this is going to make the expense issue look like a piece of cake.
This is all very disappointing because I left BP with a lot of respect for the company, but this is slowly changing into a hatred towards everything they do. One more week and I'm getting an attorney involved.
