spill coffee on it or
max out your c:\drive with your personal software or
download Itunes now your cd rom doesn't work or
cannot connect to your home wireless because you don't know anything about your home configuration or
pick up a virus because all you do is surf the internet
IT is not going anywhere not with all you non technical consultants around.
