The delay in sending the raise e-letter is just a cost savings measure.
Harry's Team determined that they can re-use last years letters (by just changing the date and sender) for 60% of the staff for a total cost-take-out of $500,000. |

Oh please, dates are flexible like for 2004 filings, 2005 filings, Q1 2006 filings, projects, PerForm end dates, you think your letter of 0% increase isn't going to get pushed back.
PUH-Lease!
Plus it takes Harry a long time to hand type each one for the company.
