Ok BEEs, March 1 is upon us, so spill the beans -- how did you fare in 2006?
Me, I have no idea as yet, but I hear some groups have just gotten to know today. |

After a yr and 1/2 of busting my ass and getting not a raise, a bonus or the promo I was promised, I ended up with whopping 3%-and the sad part is that I got the high end of raises for me group...but don't worry everyone, the bonus pool is building!! SO ridiculous, I can't even believe it...spent the rest of the day working on my resume.
