But what BE did (or did not do) to make you go to the next level? 7 years as an SC is an awful lot of time!!
Y'see that's why I'm bolting. I've been with the company almost two years and NOW I'm getting the promotion. A schmuck in my group with just a year got promoted to SC. And I'm pretty sure he used the Perform guidelines for promotion as TP.

I expect to @ least be a manager in 7 years. I sat next to another BEE on the commute home, not knowing he was a BEE until he eavesdropped on my phone call and called me out. He has been here for 8 years and is a SR mgr. Maybe you didnt get on your knees often enough..
