But what BE did (or did not do) to make you go to the next level? 7 years as an SC is an awful lot of time!!
Y'see that's why I'm bolting. I've been with the company almost two years and NOW I'm getting the promotion. A schmuck in my group with just a year got promoted to SC. And I'm pretty sure he used the Perform guidelines for promotion as TP.
Man I'm really glad I took the decision.
