Many a people have and will get 0%. Once again it all depends on your Industry Segment and MD and how well they are doing. In my group during the 1/05 cycle 1 person out of 25 got a raise (The group itself got an ME). A fellow BEE on the NASA project had 4 straight EE's with no raises. The word from HR is it is extremely hard to recruit new employees unless BE is paying top dollar. So all the newbies to the firm are probably fat and happy meaning less money for the veterans. |

Waiting for a raise or promotion at BE is like rolling the dice. Like the situation described above, I went all of 2002 and 2003 without a raise. I was still a Sr. Consultant at the time, and according to that pay scale, my salary was that of an SMA. In 2004, however, things changed, morale on the project was a little better, and I was given a hefty raise back to back (no promotion). Then I was assigned to a different project (where I was told false promises), and mgmt went back to the same song and dance as to why I wasn't getting a raise. Point is, don't hold your breath on raises or that pay scale.
