PS raises this year within my sector were good. Solutions has a target on their backs since they are not as chargeable, in many cases, as the line. To boot, their raises weren't too spectacular for some of the people I've spoken with. There will always be variation from practice to practice, but for the most part, PS is on the ball. The purge of personnel is company wide and has been good for trimming the fat. |

I heard PS was over $20M behind plan and was trying to cut everything it could including payroll so they could give our 2.9% raises. I guess the 1st Quareter results will tell. Harry has to tell the street something at the end of March.
