I interviewed for what I thought was a sourcing position - seems like they changed their mind as to what they were hiring for; be sure to be specific in the interview process what you are interviewing for; how can you go from experienced sourcing to wanting engineers? Maybe it was just me.....I would just be sure what you are actually interviewing for and get a job description.
