Actually PS is not making moneylike it used to. Its going through a leadership purge and has lost all its big ERP jobs except the Navy. The only BU that I've heard is on plan is FS. If your joing PS I would go to the PS solutions team. They have historically received bigger raises and are getting bonuses while the line segments are being held to 3% or less. |

PS raises this year within my sector were good. Solutions has a target on their backs since they are not as chargeable, in many cases, as the line. To boot, their raises weren't too spectacular for some of the people I've spoken with. There will always be variation from practice to practice, but for the most part, PS is on the ball. The purge of personnel is company wide and has been good for trimming the fat.
