I heard the other day that there are actually BE employees that have been with the company for over 2 years that have not gotten a raise! WOW! How and Why do these people stay here?
Boy I tell ya, if my MD were that prejudice against me and constantly overlooked my superior performance on a daily basis I would be pretty irked and be looking to find myself a new job with a new company and leave BearingPoint behind forever and ever....
If... someone else could see what a superior being I was and would hire me. You'd think they would be lining up outside my cube every day to woo me over to them due to my mad skillz.
And once I decided on which of the numerous generous offers I got, I would go there, and never look back... and never post on a BE board again... and never find myself "bending" for anyone.. ever.. and never post on a message board about BE.. and never have to worry about being "overlooked" again.. "no more" of that nonsense for me.
Who does Harry think he is not giving out raises for obviously career dedicated employees after 2 years of servitude?
And what if those people had kids? How on earth could they take care of them? oh lordy, I am getting all worked up now about these poor, disenfranchised folks.. shucks.

I was promoted this cycle and am looking at a measely 6% raise. Given my extra responsibilities and the fact that they raised the chargeability standards, I think I'm gonna lose money on an hourly basis. WTF?
