Well actually they just lost the Sutter Health Contract and their year over year business is flat so I don't know if that is "really strong".
The new MD's are gung ho sales guys though and could sell ice to an eskimo plus the industry is booming right now so BP should be able to pick up some business. Two people who applied in the past few weeks were told they aren't hiring right now though so perhaps the freeze is on.
Its too bad that their goal is short term profits over long term relationships. They are cutting costs (no more group meals, cheap hotels, no bonuses) and the Washington Post pointed out that we had 33% turnover last year and can't hold onto its people. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/02/05/AR2006020500839.html |
