Here's a concept I toyed with for a while. All of you disgruntled BEEs should get together and unionize. If you think about it, it's a complete win-win scenario.
1) All the low performers that are hanging onto this gig for dear life will be protected.
2) You can file grevances when the ass munching yes men get a promtion over the old time surly BEEs.
3) You allready get a 2% raise per yer. Thats not that much better than a factory job.
4) No more working 12hours and getting nothing out of it. You'll actually be able to claim lieu time. Better yet if you're not in the middle of nowhere, you can take an 8 hour day and then hit the beach.
5) Finally, and probably the best reason. BE would probably cut everyone that wants to unionize before it happend. This way you can get your tasty severance.
