I have heard of plenty of people who have gotten 0% raises. Not just this cycle, multiple ones in the past. My MD even told us for this upcoming announcement that some people may get 0. Why ANYONE sticks around after being told they are getting jack squat is beyond me... |

for the responses. Perhaps the disparity in raises is due to different industry or service area?
Also, the performance cycles that you refered to, are they annual or semi-annual cycles at BE?
Lastly, how long does it typically take for one to advance from one level to the next?
