And from most folks in the practices I have been in..some raises are 3%, some are 10%.. all depends on your current situation and how you market yourself. |

I have heard of plenty of people who have gotten 0% raises. Not just this cycle, multiple ones in the past. My MD even told us for this upcoming announcement that some people may get 0. Why ANYONE sticks around after being told they are getting jack squat is beyond me...
