Its my understanding that bonuses may happen in 2006 not 2005 for staff. I base this on Harry's Con Call a couple of weeks ago. I believe his words were "Things look good for bonuses to be paid in 2006". Of course 2006 bonuses are decided in Feburary 2007, and things will probably be different then. |

The only way to get a raise or bonus is to apply some friction to your MD.
