I just read the following on the Feb 6th Washington Post article:
"With BearingPoint's new system, bonuses, which can be 10 percent to 20 percent of a consultant's salary, are based on performance reviews by supervisors, clients and co-workers.
"Basically the things you'd want people to work for -- making more money for the company, satisfying customers, working well with your peers -- that's what people are paid on now," You said."
OK, now I got rave reviews on my PerForm and a promotion, but I haven't heard SQUAT about bonuses other than to expect nothing. Has anyone here ever gotten an actual bonus (and I don't mean the 1.5% thing we got in June)?

Sorry for the double post, newbie error. |

Its my understanding that bonuses may happen in 2006 not 2005 for staff. I base this on Harry's Con Call a couple of weeks ago. I believe his words were "Things look good for bonuses to be paid in 2006". Of course 2006 bonuses are decided in Feburary 2007, and things will probably be different then.
