There's no point beating around the bush...you suck. I don't know anyone who has been passed over for two years. If it's happenning to you, it's no one's fault but your own. Not getting raises is the company's way of telling you that you aren't worth a penny more than you're being paid and that losing you will mean absolutely nothing. Getting another offer to renegotiate is not a real plan, especially when you get passed over by the likes of Sogeti (Yeah, I read the Capgemni board too). That group will hire anyone.

1) Dude, get a new nickname. People might think I'm posting. I have my image you know.
2) Although I empathize with you, even I'm tired of hearing you. Just frigging quit allready. Or grenade and get them to give you a severance.
3) You writing is terrible. Even for posting on the web. Sure everyone has the odd typo, partial sentence or incoherient phrase sometimes. Thats just how message boards are. But the majority of your posts are inconprehensible (IN-COM-PRE-HENCE-A-BEL)
4) Finally, you're just not funny. Whats the point in reading VAULT if it's not funny. You've killed all the creativity on this board.
5) I'm still waiting for the story how your MD took your stapler and your cube is now in the basement.
