You need to chill. NOW.
On multiple threads you've posted variations of: you haven't gotten raises in two years; BE doesn't treat employees right. You've ranted on and on about BE's shortcomings.
Although you keep insinuating that you will look for jobs at other companies you probably won't: I'm guessing you have either H1 or Green Card processing issues. Hence you are kicking and screaming like a toddler. Rather than waste your energy unproductively like this why not network and get on a project? Or transfer groups?
Take your lumps now and don't worry about the few thousand dollars lost - if immigration paperwork is really what's stopping you, once once you get that straight you can get the hell out - I did after 5+ years. |

No my friend, I'm not insinuating! I am actually looking out on the market. My resume is visible in Accenture and DT. It's now a matter of who pulls the trigger first and has the better offer.
For me, BE will be in the same boat of comparison as dial up internet service; both are/will be a thing of the past. Quite frankly though, I'd still rather have the dial up internet.
