Jeez man,
You need to chill. NOW.
On multiple threads you've posted variations of: you haven't gotten raises in two years; BE doesn't treat employees right. You've ranted on and on about BE's shortcomings.
Although you keep insinuating that you will look for jobs at other companies you probably won't: I'm guessing you have either H1 or Green Card processing issues. Hence you are kicking and screaming like a toddler. Rather than waste your energy unproductively like this why not network and get on a project? Or transfer groups?
Take your lumps now and don't worry about the few thousand dollars lost - if immigration paperwork is really what's stopping you, once once you get that straight you can get the hell out - I did after 5+ years. |

I am a U.S. Citizen, not an Alien with an H-1B visa or even a Permanent Resident (Green Card) Status holder. Secondly, I do make the sacrifice of travelling for this unfortunate company and AM STILL GETTING LOOKED OVER (Get over your stupid ego hardcharger!) And finally, for the love of god, I can write in English far better than most of you can even speak a foreign language. So please stop the criticisms about my writing. You're all dead wrong!
