Jeepers Creepers Sunil, all you do is whine and cry.
Seriously dude, get over it. You think you are the only employee of this company, or any company with a kid? You want to stay at home with the kid and play lovey dovey? Send the wife to work.
Guess what? Many people at BE have kids, many people have multiple kids. Some of them even *GASP* TRAVEL
so lets see.. you havent gotten raises becuase:
1. Your writing skills, as noted previously are horrific
2. You won't travel for engagements.
But yet, BE is overlooking you. Get over it donkey.

You need to chill. NOW.
On multiple threads you've posted variations of: you haven't gotten raises in two years; BE doesn't treat employees right. You've ranted on and on about BE's shortcomings.
Although you keep insinuating that you will look for jobs at other companies you probably won't: I'm guessing you have either H1 or Green Card processing issues. Hence you are kicking and screaming like a toddler. Rather than waste your energy unproductively like this why not network and get on a project? Or transfer groups?
Take your lumps now and don't worry about the few thousand dollars lost - if immigration paperwork is really what's stopping you, once once you get that straight you can get the hell out - I did after 5+ years.
