Grow up you people! This firm needs is hardly giving much recognition to some people while certain people just hog it up. And in the end, those will be the faithful folks who'll stay through this phase of attrition. |

Yep, the same old crew will be there. I hear you about the raises, too. This year would've brought $0 for me if I had stayed. Last year, my MD gave me a whole $1K. Hell, at that rate, I was paying BE to work there! I don't know what to tell you, frankly. It didn't matter whether I was promoted or not, I still got screwed on my salary. Going from Sr Mgt Peon to Cons Peon brought me a huge increase (was underpaid to begin with). Then, going from Cons Peon to Sr. Cons Peon brought me the same $5K that I got the previous year for just hanging in there. You do the math: no real pay increase plus real b.s. equals real gone. Get it?
