you all must be wondering why I mentioned that here. Well there are times that BE, I feel has a certain level of expectations but then they aren't willing to fulfill their end of the bargain (i.e., to give me a raise even at all.) No one likes to be looked over maybe even 3-4 times in a row. Unfortunately, I have been down that road and it makes me wonder whether putting up with their scrificial crap is worth my time anymore or not. Apparently, I am leaning more towards the not as my decision here and will surely make a move away from here.
I totally hear you on the extensive travel part. However, if they are paying right, then I can respect their wishes. If not, then hit the road jack! |
