BE's sense of respect for their own employees. If they would have given me raises all along, albeit some small penny cash BS, then I wouldn't be ranting and raving right now. But apparently they have their brain down their ass on this one. Surely, if they don't step up to my mkt value, then I'll attrite. Make no mistake on that one! BTW, I'm in TX.
