This is just an opportunity for me to vent.
We once had a great team in the healthcare revenue cycle group but things have definitely changed. Once our MDs who actually knew the business left, we were forced to work for MDs who obviously cannot sell work. We have been told over and over again that ALL this work is in the pipeline and we are looking for more people but the work never comes. I'm currently chargeable but the projects we do sell seem small compared to what we once got and the future doesn't look good.
