Any area that has a greater amount and potentially better opportunities I'd look at transferring to at this point. My one concern will be to get a decent salary raise from this transfer without any relocation. I am not in position to do so at this point and so I am curious that if I'm in the DFW market and am willing to travel but simultaneously want a decent salary raise (btw, been here 2 years and haven't even seen one yet), will they be willing to take me on? |
