Look boyos. You guys are getting screwed, blued, and taottoed. GET THE HELL out of there. They have you pegged as a guy that 'won't complain' so they just treating you like shit. Being on the bench for one month doesn't mean a thing, getting EE's don't mean a thing. THE ONLY thing that matters at BE is either
1) Getting an MD that likes you and wants to help you (very rare)
OR
2) Attaching your lips to the nearest Sr Manager or MD and just keep sucking.
Option 2 seems to be the best way to move up at BE. As BE seems to hire Mangers and MD's with fragile egos that need to be stroked. These MD's hire equally 'competent' people into their little kingdoms. These MD's have all their little adoring minions singing their praises.
You my friend(s) are the ones that have fallen through the cracks. You don't stroke your MD's egos, so your EE's are for show only.
I've heard by drinking a little salt water a day, you can learn to get a better raise from your MD come promotion time.
