..posting messages with your real name are costing you, Sunil. The second problem would be your writing. It's not good. I can understand if this is a second language (You're doing better than my years of spanish have left me) but it needs some work. If you can't write, you'll be stuck reporting to someone who can and you'll have a much harder time getting your MD to think you are worth more money. He could probably hire a similar skill set that can write for less than he's paying you.
