If you all asked me, I'd say that to an extent, I'll be wasting more time staying here rather than grabbinng an offer elsewhere to work in the Consulting area. I've been with BE for 2 years with no Raises to show for it. I'd say it's time to attrite! I have resumes out to Accenture, Deloitte and Sogeti/Cap Gemini.
On one hand, I was thinking that if I were to get a far better offer at any one of the above mentioned three but then to show it to BE in attempt to re-negotiate. As it is, my MD did mention that Attrition from BE and his practice for reasons that relate to under compensation are unacceptable by him.
Thoughts please?!?!
