This is not to rub it in. But more like a support group for those debating if staying is worth it. And if your'e on this bord you are.
I left 6 months ago for 20% more pay plus the promise of a bonus. 6 Months later I got 10 and 10. As far as the work goes. More responsibility, just as challenging. Only downside is I do not have to travel, yeah right. The grass is greener and the market is great.
