In Reply To: In it you read (unless I am dreaming...) - 2005 will be a significant loss - 2004 loss of $546M - 2003 loss of $177M - Accumulated deficit could hit $1B by 12/05. - 2005 employee turnover is 27% - Audit fees over $100M. - 2005 10-K won't be in on time - More lawsuits than can fit in this box, sorry. - They can't even set a date for the annual meeting, nice. - Apparently did some shady dealings in China, thats cool too. - SEC is investigating trading before a news release, must be insider related. BUT Everything is great, just ask Harry.
Message: Probably lots of other nasties inherited from that silly Swiss "cooperative," referring to KPMG, of course. A "cooperative" is a nursery school or a flea market, not a publicly traded company. I, for one, applaud Harry's PBR (Proactive Blame Re-Allocation).
