does anyone know about the onboarding process at BE? after interviews, what are typically the next steps? how many references do they talk to? do they do background, credit checks, etc. |

After you're on you either
1) Rot on the bench for a bit while they look for a gig for you because the gig they hired you for fell threw and didn't get signed.
2) Ship your ass straight out and start billin'.
