A lot of the faults for this company's short commings is a result of the poor management of Rand and company.
Harry knows what needs to get done to make us successful again, and as painful as it is - he is doing it.
I think it remarkable that, not only did they stay true to their word about a 3% (1.5% now) salary bonus, but they gave it to us in cash.
For those who think BearingPoint is stiffing you and not looking out for you. Think again. They didn't have to follow through on this bonus while dealing with the 10-K stuff. And they certainly did not have to give it as cash. I think that shows they are still trying to remain committed to their employees. |
