...based on the communication received today, it appears that Black took the money and ran, or wait - he took the money and subsequently got kicked out the door!?!?!?...."David Black has been terminated by the company." How does this one make sense. |

Who authorized payment? How does a company pay someone $2.5M and then state they are disputing the circumstances surrounding the payment? How about firing the individual(s) who wrote the check?
