I am at a Competitor - DC. How is the Org. structure in BE? Is their a firm reporting relationship in terms of having an MD to whom you can talk to, discuss your concerns etc.? Because, here you are pretty much up for the grabs - staffing is through internal networking, there is not a firm or dedicated MD for each resource with whom you can bounce your concerns etc. How is the staffing model at BE? |

For corporate items such as performance management, raises, and who you can bitch to.
Staffing is handled by a resource manager in your sector. Some areas have a few, some just have one person to handle internal staffing needs...
Your MD will generally help (or do it entirely) you find a new gig or more work if you need it and arent chargeable to him/her. However, if you are chargeable to them, it is very difficult to make a move.
