There are obviously "curves" on SE & EE ratings, I dont know if MDs have quotas but giving out too many EE/SE ratins wont fly - I would think. Does anyone know the ballpark SE & EE ratio against ME and the lower ratings? |

you asked for the ratio on ratings. these are guidelines. A high-performing MD could push more people into the higher bands if he really fought for it.
SE -- Top 5%
EE -- The next 15%
ME -- Roughly 70%
MS/NM -- approx 10% could fall into this band
