There is a fixed curve for each of the ratings down to the segment and potentially below. The fixed curve is forced for both EE/SE and NM/MS. I've heard the goal is to eliminate the bottom 10% every year. |

Getting rid of the bottom 10% is not BearingPoint's policy, as far as I know.
