I started working at BE almost a year ago after working 2 years for a competitor. I am a SMA, working in PS, on an engagement, in the DC area, and making $48K. I got an ME on my review (I was told not to expect more in the first year). Am I getting screwed?! I'm seeing posts from MAs getting offers in the mid-50s on this board. If I manage to not get a raise this round and find out I'm underpaid, I'm thinking of leave at 1.5 years. Would you?
