Thanks Cornelius. Seems like the the range is fairly spread out. Any insight on the range of annual bonuses? |

Your manager or MD might bonus you. It happens, contrary to what people say about bonuses occuring.
Right now, they are giving us 1.5% of our salary (those of us here Oct 2005) for a retention bonus, and another 1.5% in 6 months.
They wanted to give it to us in the EE stock purchase plan, but since the blackout (SEC filing hoohah) they couldnt do that.
