I'm currently a BE Manager and I've just received an offer from Deloitte Consulting to join their Federal S&O practice. DC's staffing model seems much more fluid than BE's...as a DC manager I won't even "own" any of my own staff. How well does it work in practice? Also, what are the opportunities to build a business base as a DC Manager if you're not assigned to one client account? |
